Admiral IT Systems Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as myNSI.net) was officially registered in April 2007, we have been in the IT business since 2002 under the banner of Colossus Information Systems (and later Network Systems Integration) as a one-stop IT support centre for small and medium businesses.

We are registered resellers for most major hardware and software vendors. Our AdmiralCARE service provides on-site support services. Our own premium web and email hosting services completes the products and services required by most SMEs.

Customers

Our diverse group of over 100 customers, including more than 20 maintenance customers, ranging from product based industries such as steel processing, automotive sales and mining to service based industries such as engineering, legal firms, hotels, auction house, international money transfer and retail malls.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We have always believed in giving back. Through our Admiral Green Initiative, we provide constant contributions to charitable organizations such as Budimas and WWF. Our on-going initiative is to collect old office equipment from our customer to sell them to recycling companies. Admiral IT will top up the amount to be contributed to selected charities or donation drives.

AdmiralCARE Maintenance Services

As your trusted IT vendor, we provide great value on site services and products. We always consider ourselves as part of your organization in striving to provide the best possible services and solutions with available resources.

AdmiralCARE ManageIT Package

Unlimited remote support AND unlimited on-site support when required. Our engineers will also perform maintenance tasks every month on site to ensure infrastructures are performing at optimal level. We will also make a copy of data for offsite backup. Maintenance fee depends on the size of the network.

AdmiralCARE RemoteIT Packages

Unlimited remote support via our remote support software. This package includes on-site maintenance on site once every 3 months. Maintenance fee depends on the size of the network. Additional on-site support visits are chargeable at discounted rate.

Ad-Hoc Remote & On Site Services

Engineers provide remote support and on site visit when remote support is inadequate. Only on-site service fee will be charged should prior remote support was provided but unable to solve the issue.
